As I’ve mentioned in my previous blog post, mindfulness has been a big part of my life for awhile now, especially this last year. I’d like to start offering tips on starting your own mindful practice. It’s something I have a lot of personal experience with and I’d like to start offering my knowledge to others.
So, every so often (I don’t have a set schedule) I will be posting videos on ways to start a mindful practice.
