Smoothie Recipe

Hey all! Today I’m going to share my morning smoothie recipe. I started drinking smoothies again for breakfast a couple weeks ago. I love smoothies in the morning because it’s super easy to throw it all in a blender and seconds later breakfast is done. There are tons of smoothie recipes out there, this is just the one I make. And honestly it’s all just eyeballed. There’s no actual recipe measurements that I use. This is just what I think tastes good.

Handful of Strawberries
Handful of Blueberries
Handful of Mango
2 or 3 handful’s of Spinach
A cup-ish of greek yogurt
A sprinkle of Chia Seeds
1.5 cups of water (give or take depending on the amount of fruit)

Blend and done!

It’s an easy way to get some greens in right away in the morning. It’s also an easy on the go breakfast and keeps you cool in this incredibly hot weather.

I also use to add Spirulina to my smoothies. That’s another super food that’s great to add to your daily diet. It does have a little bit of an off putting smell but it’s really good for you.
