Lunch Time Yoga – 07/25/23

$12I am offering a lunch time yoga flow at The Lavender Hour, every Tuesday from 11:30am to 12:15pm.
Focusing on the power of breath awareness, we begin with guided meditation, followed by a Vinyasa class, mindfully synchronizing our breath to movement, focusing on relaxation, and meditation.
The investment is $12 for drop-ins or you are welcome to invest in or use your class pass. Your first class is always free!
