I am offering my breath work sessions at The Lavender Hour on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Starting in May 2021 I will also offer a (weekly) Monday night class from 6:15pm to 7:15pm. An hour session features different breath practices, ending in meditation.
My classes will almost always be relaxation based and gentle flowing. We all need a little more of that in our lives, right?! I’d love for you to join me, and experience the breath together.
