Asana and Pranayama Yoga Class

I am offering a Asana and Pranayama yoga class at The Lavender Hour, every Monday from 6:15pm to 7:15pm. An hour session features a gentle yoga flow and breath practices, ending in meditation.

My classes are gentle flowing and perfect for beginners. I’d love for you to join me!
