Yoga Classes

I offer a gentle flow yoga class at The Lavender Hour, (221 Broadway Street Findlay, Ohio) every Monday from 6:15pm to 7:15pm. An hour session features a gentle yoga flow and breath practices, ending in meditation.

I also offer a mixed level vinyasa flow every Wednesday, at The Lavender Hour, from 6:00pm to 7:15pm.
