Come drift away with me, as I sub for Katy's Pure Relaxation class. This class is all about relaxation for your mind and body. Organic tea is offered during a meditation-base, gentle flow class, full of pampering and an extra long shavasana to close. Cost is $12 or you may use a class pass.
