Morning Flow Yoga Class – 12/17/22

Join Trisha Komosinski for morning flow yoga class, This class will take place at The Lavender: Hour Sacred Space, 113 E. Crawford St. This class offers a mixed level yoga flow along with meditation, breathwork and asana, ending in gentle stretches and savasana. The investment is $12 per session or you can use a class pass. Class passes can be used at both The Lavender Hour Yoga Studio and Sacred Space. First class is always free.
