SUMMARY:Cosmic Kids Yoga Adventure!
DESCRIPTION:The Lavender Hour will host a kids only yoga and nature day at the Oakwoods Discovery Center\, led by Trisha Komosinski. We will provide a light and healthy snack\, play games\, do crafts\, learn some yoga\, and (if the mosquitoes permit) take a nature walk. Open to kids age four and over\, our young yoginis should wear something they can tumble in and get a little dirty. Parents need not stay and are encouraged to enjoy a few hours to yourself!
