Find my mojo

I’ve felt so stuck lately. Like I’ve been on an energy rollercoaster. One day I feel amazing, creative and like I’m moving forward. The next I feel stagnant, tired and like I have no idea what I’m even doing with my life.

Something that has been key for me in staying centered and moving forward has been meditation. I haven’t done a solid guided meditation in over a week, and it shows. I just took the time to do a 20 min meditation, and I feel loads better. (like I went from feeling tired and sluggish, to dancing to some Bob Marley while I write this) I can’t say it enough, meditation is a game changer for your energy levels and mental health.

I can feel the good vibes flowing now.

I’m really wanting to start putting out more content again, but I’ve just felt stuck. Hopefully I can find my mojo again, and start putting myself out there for you all.

I’ll share the meditation video I did below. I typically prefer a good guided meditation.
